Just Briefly From Me: I’ve been in practice in San Diego since 1984.  Formerly in the North Park area of San Diego, I relocated to a great new office in Ocean Beach, San Diego, on the 1st of May, 2000.   I am licensed by the State Board of Accountancy; #40049, as a CPA. As a CPA I am authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS along with attorneys and enrolled agents. Representing people before the IRS is by far the most rewarding part of my accounting and tax practice because, as you can imagine, when the burden of IRS Problems is lifted from someone’s shoulders the relief they feel is so great!
